Diesel Mechanic – Workover Rig Equipment.

Location: Levelland, TX.
Job Type: Full-Time.

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Levelland, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing oilfield workover rigs, heavy equipment, and diesel-powered machinery. Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and heavy equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on workover rigs, trucks, trailers, and support equipment.
Repair hydraulic, electrical, air, and fuel systems.
Inspect equipment to identify mechanical issues before failures occur.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Ensure all repairs are completed safely and efficiently.
Work with operations personnel to minimize equipment downtime.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience as a diesel mechanic (oilfield or heavy equipment preferred).
Knowledge of workover rigs, diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently.
Must have your own basic hand tools.
Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to safety.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions.
