Mowing Foreman
Position: Mowing Foreman
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Mowing Foreman to lead a mowing crew and oversee daily field operations. The ideal candidate must be able to operate lawn and landscaping equipment, manage a crew, travel as needed, and maintain a high standard of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial mowers, weed eaters, and skid steers.
- Lead and supervise a mowing crew.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed properly and efficiently.
- Pull and safely operate a trailer.
- Travel to various job locations as required.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain and properly care for company equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with management and crew members.
- Ensure the crew stays on schedule and completes assigned work.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a company background check.
- No felony convictions within the past 7 years.
- Must be able to travel as required.
- Must be able to safely pull a trailer.
- Must be able to operate a mower, weed eater, and skid steer.
- Previous crew-lead or foreman experience preferred.
- Must be dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and leading a crew.
